Ensure the safety and reliability of elevator operation

With the continuous increase in the number of elevators and the frequent occurrence of accidents, the safety of elevators has attracted great attention from the society. Two major elements of elevator intelligence: one is comfort and the other is safety. Sensor technology plays a key role in these two elements. For example, using a new type of high-precision and long-life displacement sensor to replace the traditional displacement sensor can increase the operating speed of the elevator, and at the same time can reduce the number of elevator maintenance and extend the maintenance cycle. The use of high-precision weighing sensors can well control the maximum load weight of the elevator, so as to prevent the elevator from malfunctioning due to overweight use. The use of higher-quality infrared light curtain sensors can prevent malfunctions such as elevators trapping people. The use of new sensors in elevators will make elevators more intelligent. According to elevator industry standards, we provide users with customized special products and solutions, which have been highly recognized by customers for many years. Through the sensors installed on the top of the elevator car, data acquisition terminals and other sensing equipment, the elevator's operating status is collected, and the "health status" of the elevator is detected in real time. Under normal conditions, the system will initiate a real-time alarm to notify the property or elevator maintenance personnel to rush to the scene of the incident for disposal.

Application

There are many types of sensors used in elevators, with an average of 2-8 sensors used per elevator. Among them, safety limit switches are also important limit switches used in elevators. The design of safety limit switches meets the mandatory opening requirements of safety interlocks. The safety limit switches have mechanical protection devices or mobile brakes, and are in the protection device. The output is triggered when the user-defined switching point is reached. Other proximity sensors, leveling switches, travel switches, weighing sensors, etc. work together to monitor the elevator operation in real time to ensure the safety and reliability of the system.
